About this site
MDCAT Practice is a free question bank for students preparing for Pakistan's MDCAT. It holds 70,162 questions in four collections and 420 chapters, every question tagged with its subject, chapter and topic.
Where the questions come from
The bank was gathered from four MDCAT collections: a subject-wise practice bank, past papers, the NUMS bank and the Aga Khan bank. Past-paper questions keep the examining body and year they came from — 16 bodies, 2000 to 2025. Each question was checked on the way in: every one has exactly one correct answer, and 64,922 of them carry a written explanation.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no subscription and no paid tier. The point of the site is that a student with a phone and an internet connection can practise the same questions as anyone else.
How you can use it
Every chapter, and every past paper, can be worked three ways. Practice asks one question at a time and shows the answer and explanation straight away. Exam is a timed test — one minute per question — with the answers held until you finish. Read lays the whole set out with the correct answers marked, for studying rather than testing. Papers can be browsed by examining body or by year, and questions can be practised topic by topic as well as chapter by chapter.
